Baptism

Please contact office to schedule required classes for Parents & Godparents.

Child’s parents must make arrangements.

Complete the necessary form and bring copy of birth certificate.

God parents must be at least 16 years of age, Confirmed and an active member and in good standing with church.

Anointing of the Sick

Please call office or rectory if anointing of the sick is needed.

MATRIMONY

• Couple must contact office at least six – nine months prior to their ceremony to schedule date.
• Attend required classes. 
• Must be active member of St. Ignatius Parish.

Holy Orders

FUNERALS

• After visiting with Mortuary, please call church office, (970)563-4241 to schedule a time to meet.
• .Family will need to complete paperwork (see form below). The readings of the day are ordinarily used and a lector from the parish will proclaim the word, unless approved otherwise by the Pastor.
• We recommend using our musicians, but it is your responsibility to contact them and make arrangement for payment.
• We do charge the following fees:
• $150.00 for Funeral Mass
• $75.00 for Graveside Services
• $100.00 for Musicians
• If arrangements are made through Hood Mortuary, they will collect the fee. Otherwise, it is due when you submit paperwork prior to services.
